Position Summary:
Provide the expertise, knowledge, and instruction that support the pharmacy technician program curriculum. Prepare, develop, and revise course curriculum and course work. Meet classes as scheduled and complete all instruction-related paperwork and duties (textbook requests, incomplete grade contracts, test and assignment grading) in a timely fashion or by a deadline assigned by the supervisor and/or established by the College. Define and practice a clear communication policy with students, maintaining office hours for student consultation and returning student emails and phone calls. Adhere to the College academic calendar with regards to submission of grades, attendance at mandatory events, and required contact hours in courses taught.

Minimum Education/Training/Experience:
-Associates degree or higher, preferably in pharmacy or a health-related field -PTCB Certification or Pharmacist License -TSBP Registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist -Three (3) years of pharmacy work experience

Preferred Education/Training/Experience:
-Three (3) years of pharmacy work experience in an institutional setting -IV Certification -Previous Instructor Experience
